Before your appointment

• Arrive on Time: Clients should arrive on time for their appointment to ensure there is sufficient time for the lash application.

• makeup: come with a fresh face, no eye makeup

  • clients that come with eye makeup will be charged an additional $15 cleaning charge. the residue that makeup leaves on your lashes can cause poor retention so we ask that you arrive with a fresh face.

During your appointment

• Silence Your Phone: please silence or turn off your phones during the appointment to minimize distractions and ensure a peaceful atmosphere.

• Avoid Talking or Moving: we ask that Clients try to remain as still and quiet as possible during the lash application to help the technician work with precision.

• Remove Contact Lenses: Clients with contact lenses should remove them before the appointment to avoid any discomfort during the lash application.
